CONCEPT NOTE

The concept

SHŌTŌ — 小刀 — brings a Japanese steakhouse to Jeddah: A5 Wagyu seared over binchotan, pristine seafood, a live robata counter, and around 157 seats built for the long dinner. Reservations open before the November 2026 launch.
